URGENT!!!! ABEOKUTA DIOCESAN CYON CONVENTION VENUE CHANGED....

The Venue of the convention has been confirmed changed From Greenland school Dalemo to:

*Isolog College Campus*
*Temidire Estate, Ajayi Farm B/Stop, Akute*


*Directions to the Venue*
if u are coming with vehicle through Sango area, branch at Abule Egba ask for Fagba road and drive down to Fagba and straight to Ishaga and also straight to Ajuwon and Akute. Then ask at Akute for ISOLOG school along Alagbole Akute road. From there our banner will direct u.

*Direction 2*
From Lagos Ibadan express: enter Alagbole Akute road through Berger, drive straight down to ISOLOG school and look for our banner and member for direction. The Primary section of the sch is along the road. Stop at that place and ask for the secondary sch.

*Things we should know*

These are the key areas to take note of:

* Delegates are advised to come along with their *bedding materials,* feeding materials, medical items (in case of any medical issue) and other relevant items that will make them comfortable in the camp ground.

* On no account should any delegate misplace their tag/other means of identification... no tag, no food... no identification, no entrance.

* All personal belongings should be properly kept (everybody is a potential criminal, if given the chance)... we should all be our brothers/sisters keeper. Remember, crime does not pay.

* All the school facilities must be handled with utmost care as any damages done to any furniture/fittings will be repaired by us.

*Any body caught in the act of stealing, fighting, sexual immoralities, sexual harassment/misconduct and any other vices will be severely dealt with and such case(s) will be reported to the offenders parish priest/chaplain.

* PLS. there will be no intake of Alcohol or any form of hard substance(s) in the camp ground for any reason. Any one found guilty will be decamped immediately.

* Any delegate(s) that will be joining the others at the camp ground will only be allowed entrance on Thursday/Friday with a notice from your parish/Deanery coordinator and a  clearance from the Diocesan president,C.S.O or Agbado Deanery coordinator... nobody will be allowed entrance on Saturday.

* For the male delegates, you are advised to make use of the TOILET for your convenience always. Avoid HE GOAT/ DOG BEHAVIOR as such will not be allowed on the camp ground.

The female delegates are also advised to always keep their PRIVATELY used materials properly.  They should not use it to block the TOILET or use it to litter the camp surroundings.

* The organisers will be strict about the dress code and any form of indecent dressing. Pls, be warned!

* Members of the security committee will work actively with the school security team and the Nigerian Police Force. We implore all delegates to be law abiding and avoid occasions of violent act and hooliganism. Also, the entire participants at arrival shall be searched before allowing access into the venue after which no exit will be accommodated. Anybody found wanting in any regards shall face the consequences of his or her actions.

* A mini mart/vendors will be made available for our patronage in things like snacks, soft drinks. Etc.

* All those intending to stage any presentation should see the Diocesan Dos or  Agbado Deanery Dos. Screening comes up on September 1st,2017.

*Things we should come with*
Feeding materials, Sweaters, Bible, Rosary, Hymn book, Sport kits, dinner/corporate wears, CYON UNIFORM(Ankara/white on black).
 _*CYON I.D Card or a passport photograph with #300 to fill form at the gate._
